Mother Nature Opens Her Eye

With the very rare solar eclipse presenting itself across most of North America today, I thought it would be fitting to go from last week’s Supermoon post, to a more recent celestial shot that I captured on top of nearby Knockan Hill Park, here in Victoria BC. And although it might not be as spectacular of a shot as capturing a total eclipse, I’m still quite fond of this sunrise because if you squint your eyes a little, and use a little bit of imagination, you might see what I call, “Mother Nature’s Eye” opening up in the distant horizon. Thanks for the show Mother Nature, keep up the great work!
