As audiences see more and more advertising campaigns, they either ignore them entirely, or demand more when it comes to visual design, and authentic storytelling. That said, here’s a short film that speaks to the grip of Yokohama tires under extreme weather conditions. And instead of showing typical scenarios of a car winding down a wet or snowy road, the agency of record for the tire company tells a story of a Canadian surfer (shot in Tofino BC), and how he takes his sport to extremes, especially when it comes to the weather.
